The veggie hummus is a favorite of mine. Julie (my boss) couldn’t keep her hands off of the Thai Chicken Curry. She LOVES spicy food. The staff was very appreciative.
Your tartlets were a hit! Thanks for making Comedy Congress a successful event! Laurie M., KPCC Pasadena

I am a foodie, anyone that knows me knows that I have a passion for food, especially great foods.
Lately, desserts have not been getting their fair share of kudos, it's mostly about celebrity chefs doing standard fare.
And whats up with all those cupcakes? They dress it up with a sugary top and leave the middle dry and bland.
I want a tasty dessert that is not overbearing and doesn’t have a gillion calories in it, I just want to taste the flavor on my pallet.

These little morsels of unbelievable tastiness known as tartlets are just the thing. They are small, about the circumference of a half dollar, and about an inch thick, you can grab em and eat em. They come in a verity of flavors so you can try different ones and get a flavor burst of different sensations. And they are small enough, that even on a sugar restrictive diet, you can still have some and not feel guilty.

Today I tried the Nutella and the fruit tartlets. They were both out of this world, home runs! But I have to tell you that I liked the Nutella one a little better. I grew up on Nutella in Europe, and this little round, fluffy pastry filled with Nutella was so creamy that it was unreal. Normally Nutella is a little sticky, kind of consistany of peanut butter, but they make this into a mousse, and put it into a great tasting buttery cup.

Fantastic stuff!! Andrew P, Glendale

I brought them to a Bridal Shower the next day....they kept up perfectly in the fridge. Every single one was scarfed down by the ladies! Went perfectly with a glass or three of champagne. :)

Thanks so much! Rachelle W, Valley Village

Cinco de Mayo is about freedom and I chose to bring a non-Latin dessert to Mel D's Cinco de Mayo celebration. Everyone was raving about them at the last Yelp party and I completely missed out due to some super greedy Yelpers who took around 12 tartlets at a time.
Totally lived up to the hype IMHO.
At a party with great food and other yummy desserts (like homemade cookies), this held up and people loved it.
I got three dozen consisting of the berry almond cream, strawberry supreme, and key lime. When one of the guest asked where did I get these delicious tartlets, another commented "heaven."
For me, I loved the berry almond cream because the almond was a nice surprising texture and taste when paired with the berry, creamy filling, and wonderful crusts. It was a burst of good flavor. A lot of people at Mel's celebration loved the strawberry supreme.
Tartlets are a unique dessert one does not commonly bake or can buy. Heart of Tartlets have flavor, service, and presentation. Phillip N, Van Nuys

The tarts from heart of tartlets were my favorite part of the night. The eggplant parmesan was amazing, it was like a little bite sized pizza. We were the only ones there when we got to the table and I didn't want to seem like a piggy so I had to share with my boyfriend and then they were out of all the savory ones when we went back later on. Both the key lime and blueberry bliss tarts were A+ I love the concept of the company and I'm definitely keeping them in mind the next time I have a potluck to go to…-Ingrid L, Los Angeles

I recently bought an order of the Banana Hazelnut Cream and the Pear Ginger. Both decadent, although I preferred the Banana. The crust is absolutely wonderful. Scarfed five down in less than five minutes. Immediately ordered another dozen for next week (different flavors this time.) If I start to put on pounds because of these tarts I will have to drop the rating though. :) - Paul M. Valley Village

Was lucky enough to enjoy these petite treats at a party recently. They were so freaking good! I had several options to choose from and started with a couple savory tartlets. The queso fresco with jalapeno was right up my alley and the mushroom bacon quiche was addictive as well. After a few cocktails (and a few more savory tartlets), they swapped out for dessert options and I ate another few (read: dozen) of those bad boys. Pear ginger was great, but the banana cream was easily my favorite of the night. Everyone at the party had a blast and I have no doubt it was in large part to these small delicacies! - Dread Pirate Roberts, Hermose Beach
